You mention in another thread that it's a Doro phone.

For what it's worth I have a Doro PhoneEasy 410gsm and it works fine on 48 without any special configuration.

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

I cannot find the chat on this link. This network does not work where Iam in north kerry. Can anyone help me contact a 48 employee
