what is the number for 48 customer care? Or what number can I speak to someone about my account?

No - all support is online.
The chat facility appears from time to time here (not appearing for me right now but it was a while earlier!):
If it doesn't appear for your when logged in then maybe try another browser and/or device.
If it still doesn't appear then you'll just have to keep trying until it does unfortunately.

But what is your problem in case somebody here on the community forum can offer any advice?

my 48 account can be enterd on the computer not the phone need assistance . very annoying

You can't choose the number.
You just get whatever one comes up when you activate it.
