If it was your first ever membership purchase then you were presumably charged for the membership and the same amount again for the one-time activation fee?
Maybe that explains it?
If this wasn't the first time that you were buying a membership plan then check your account Dashboard, your Transactions page and your Buy Plan page to see if you actually bought two membership plans - e.g. one active on your Dashboard and another upcoming one on your Buy Plan page:
If you think that you were charged twice, didn't get what you paid for, and need a refund then you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance.
