Errors buying plan resulted in extra €26 being charged

I was trying to top up and it showed an error. So I tried two more times and money was debiting all that time. So I got my plan I lost 26 euros for trying two times extra. Do I get a refund??

What was the error message?

Maybe the payments went through in spite of the errors? 

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

If the payments did succeed and two extra plans were actually successfully purchased then you won't have lost out because the two plans will kick in sequentially over then next two months. 

If that's not the case or you still need a refund for any additional plans inadvertently purchased then you'll need to contact 48 support for assistance with this.
