What exactly do you mean by "credit"?

Membership plan? Add-ons? Cash credit?

What does your My48 account Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?

What does your Dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date?

Does your Buy Plan list any upcoming membership plans?
