Hi my friend has changed to 48 as I signed him up as a new customer, he cannot get his sim activated after he puts in the code on the sim pack, it says that they have sent a code to his mobile number but no code comes trew, what would the problem be there?

The number porting code (if that's what you're referring to?) is sent to the number that you want to port so needs the old carrier's SIM in the phone to get it.
