My friend signed up on a sim I oredred for them a few months ago, But I got no credit, Is there a time limit?

When did they sign up?
Did they purchase a membership?
Did they and/or you get a bonus free membership as a result?
Sometimes it takes a little while for the bonus membership to come through.
If it's taking a long time then you'll need to contact 48 support about this.
