Recruit & Reward - received voucher but not bonus credit

I recommended a friend on 48, I received a voucher of 10e but I did not receive a credit of 13e, why?

You'll probably have to contact 48 support for assistance with this.

Nobody here on the Community Forum will have any insight into why you only received the Recruit and Reward voucher and not also the bonus credit.
