i lost my sim card had had moved all my information on it what should i do with out losing my number??

Order a replacement.

A replacement SIM will be linked to your existing number, account, membership plan etc. 

What exactly do you mean by "had moved all my information on it"? 

What information? 

Any information stored on the SIM and not backed up elsewhere will probably be lost. 

It's rare these days for information such as contacts to be stored on the SIM rather than on the phone and backed up to the cloud (e.g. Google Drive or Apple iCloud etc.).

It often doesn't work for me.
