If it's an 089 number displayed on your My48 account then the number port must have failed for some reason:
Did you get any error messages or anything by text or email about the porting process?
Maybe try the porting process again?
You'll need your old provider's SIM installed and working in your phone in order to receive the porting security code by text.
Make sure to enter the correct details about your old provider's account.
