It has been a week and my SIM card still hasn't arrived

Can't port number to 48 - says it already exists

Hello,My number was originally a 48 number. Is there a way of porting back over. When I type in my number it says it already exists

I have recently joined 48 and when my number is called it gets forwarded to my answer machine and shows been forwarded on the person who is calling mobile how an this be sorted please what could be causing this.?
