activating new cards

I ordered sims for friends and they cannot register an account to activate their cards. I've tried it on my account but it will not activate there either....

They need to activate them on their accounts.
Not you on yours.
When they try to activate them what happens?
Any error messages?
You/they may need to contact 48 support about this.
