I can't see how you could have submitted a SIM order without entering your address/eircode.
Head over to the Order SIM page to place your order. First, you'll be asked to sign up to My48 with your full name, email ID, and set a password. After that, just input the home or office address you want your SIM to be delivered to and confirm your order.
Quick tip: You’ll need this My48 email and password to activate your SIM once it arrives. Do keep it handy for later
Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 3-6 working days.
