Can I use my 48 sim card in my house modem to secure wifi around the house?

By "house modem" I presume that you actually mean in a 4G/5G modem/router?

I.e. a device that connects to the 4G/5G network to provide wireless broadband using the network's mobile data connection and then provides WiFi and wired ethernet network connectivity inside the premises.

If so then, yes, you can use a 48 SIM with such a device as long as it's unlocked for use on any mobile network.

Refer to your device's user manual to understand how to install and configure the SIM.

You'll need to configure the 48 APN settings correctly.

I don't really understand what you mean by "to secure wifi around the house" though.

Maybe you can clarify?
