48 to Eir & back to 48 but porting now says "number in use"

Hi I was with 48 moved to eir went back to 48 got my sim put in my activation code and then put in my number to port and it's coming up number in use miss match

Yeah as @dalyer has said just contact support, I had the same issue a few years ago and they were able to port me over when I contacted them.
