Who was the email from?
Where does it say "we are unable to move number at this time"?
If you are trying to transfer a number from another operator to 48 and there is a problem then you need to contact the other operator and ask them what the problem/holdup is - it's their problem not 48's.
Any chance you owe money on a contract or something and that's why they're blocking the transfer?
