Unable to move number at this time

I tried to move my old number onto the 48 sim yesterday and I got am e-mail saying that it would take up to 3 hours but it isnt working and when I checked now it said "we are unable to move number at this time".

Who was the email from?
Where does it say "we are unable to move number at this time"?
If you are trying to transfer a number from another operator to 48 and there is a problem then you need to contact the other operator and ask them what the problem/holdup is - it's their problem not 48's.
Any chance you owe money on a contract or something and that's why they're blocking the transfer?
