Unable to move my number (Error)

Hi there,
I am trying to move my number to the 48 network but i am recieving an error saying "Sorry!. This msisdn already exists"...
I have not been able to chat with employees as there is no option that pops up for me to access the live chat. I was wondering if anyone or any employees can help?

You'll have to contact 48 support about this.
They don't generally read or reply to queries here on the community forum.
If the chat option isn't showing here for you then you'll just have to keep trying or contact them another way.
