Trying to buy plan - getting "come back later" message

Hi, I Received my sim in the post. Trying to activate it, when i click on 'buy a plan' a message pops up 'come back later'

Is the website down??

Did you actually activate the SIM?

If you did and you get that message every time that you try to buy a membership plan then you'll need to contact 48 support for assistance.
