App purchased multiple plans - difficulty getting refund

Very unfair
Signal is terrible for some reason and now have to pay extra for 5g very unfair .. i bought several payments as the ap woukd tell me it was paid .. i was told ill get refund for my extra bought memberships 😞 i was told ill get refund but not have it yet.. im thinking of leaving 🤔 as this company doesn't see the customers point
