Trying to activate SIM

Ive been trying to active my SIM all day. I waited for you to transfer my number across, which you did. I put the SIM in my phone and received the configuration message. I did everything that was asked, I was told I have 1GB of data for free to start, and its not working. What am I doing wrong.

The issue doesn't seem to be SIM activation if your number has ported OK.

Is it correctly listed on your account?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

Are you getting a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

If not then what happens if you do a manual search for networks - can you see and connect to 48?

If not then what happens - any error messages?

If you do have a connection to the 48 network then can you receive calls and texts?

If you have bought a membership plan already can you make calls and send texts?

If something doesn't work then what happens when you try it - any error messages?

If all that works but just mobile data does not then try manually configuring your APN settings:

If you still can't get it working then you may need to contact 48 support.
