Topped up the wrong account

Hi guys,

I have 2 account (2 48 numbers) and yesterday I accidentally topped up to the wrong number. Is there any chance that I can switch the credit to the other one or possibly get the refund?

You'll have to contact 48 support (or maybe the wrong number that you topped up) to get this sorted out.

Oh sorry, you own the two accounts but simply topped up the wrong one, not some stranger's account. 🙂
Contact 48 support and as long as it's not a membership or add-on that has already started they should be able to move it to the correct account.
