48 did not delete my old number from their database when I ported out on 07.10.26 to Lidl Connect, I am 6 working days trying to get a call service from Lidl, now I cannot port my number back in, it's a duplicate, do these tickets really take 3-5 days to resolve?

You'll probably need to contact 48 support about this.

How do you know that 48 didn't delete your number after (?) you ported it to Lidl Connect?

What exactly do you mean by "I cannot port my number back in" (from where to where?) and "it's a duplicate"?

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat or email ([email protected]).

I was with 48 upto 06.10.26, I ported out my number to Lidl Connect, to get 5G for €8.99, I have no calls since 22.10.26, the service is not acceptable, I got a new SIM today, I have a new 48 number, but I tried to port my number to 48, we get the error, "Sorry, this msisdn already exists." 48 did remove the number from the database.

That should read,
48 did not remove the number from the database.

You'll have to contact 48 support about this.

Nobody here on the Community Forum can do anything about it.

If you already have a ticket open with them then you should continue to pursue the issue via that ticket.

As I say, 48 support don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.

You'll need to contact them directly yourself.
