Subscription and Money issue

Hi,

I recently joined 48. I added 13 euro to my account to activate my 12.99 plan.

I proceeded to payment and said I must pay 25 euro.

I then added another 13 euro (withdrawn from my bank account).

-Why does my credit not reflect how much I deposited? ( It stands at 13 euro, not 26).

-How do I use my credit to start my 12.99 plan?

First membership plan purchase also requires the payment of a one-time €12.99 activation fee.

€12.99 Plan

This €12.99 Plan is only available to new 48 customers who order their 48 SIM and purchase a €12.99 Plan from the 5th April 2022. A one-time activation fee of €12.99 applies with the first plan purchase.

I don't fully understand the issue about your cash credit.

If you added €13 cash credit twice and didn't use any of that to buy anything yet then your cash credit balance should be €26 alright.

Your Transactions page might clarify the history of cash credit top-ups and other payments.

If you have cash credit on your account then you can use it to pay for membership plans and/or add-ons.

If the amount of cash credit on your account is at least as much as the cost of what you're buying then you should get the option to pay using cash credit rather than using your payment card at checkout time.

But you don't have to add cash credit first in order to buy a plan.

You can buy plans directly with your payment card and/or enable auto-renewal so this happens automatically.
