Status of SIM order?

Good morning team of 48, I am waiting for the arrival of my SIM card, I would like you to please confirm if you sent it or not, or perhaps if it is accepted and if you can confirm the address to which you sent it, perhaps it is loss

48 support don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.

If you want to ask them about this then you'll have to contact them directly.

Note that SIM orders can take up to 7 working days to arrive.

And they are sent to the address that you specified at the time that you ordered online.
