I have ordered twice a sim and it still hasn’t arrived

Did you allow 5-7 working days for delivery?

Did you enter the address correctly including the correct eircode?

I think that some people mentioned SIMs not arriving unless the exact eircode was entered.

I want to cancel my 48. As I not even got the sim yet and dobt want to be charged on the 22nd

I don't understand.

If you never received a SIM how do you have anything, in particular membership auto-renewal, set up?

In any case, if you are set up on 48 but want to leave then just disable auto-renewal and then switch to another provider, porting your number if you want.
