Did you allow 5-7 working days for delivery?
Did you enter the address correctly including the correct eircode?
I think that some people mentioned SIMs not arriving unless the exact eircode was entered.

If you never received a SIM how do you have anything, in particular membership auto-renewal, set up?
In any case, if you are set up on 48 but want to leave then just disable auto-renewal and then switch to another provider, porting your number if you want.
