SIM ordered but not received

I have ordered my SIM on 3rd Sept 2024 and it showed an ETA of 2-3 days however it has been more than 3-4 days and the sim has not arrived yet, please advise if there is an issue with the delivery or address provided.

SIM orders can take 5-7 business days to arrive.

Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 5-7 business days.

You need to be more patient and wait a while longer.

If it hasn't arrived after 7 business days then contact 48 support for further assitance.
