Hi there my SiM was ordered on 9th Sept and still not here

SIM orders take 5-7 business days to be delivered.

How and when will my SIM be delivered?

Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 5-7 business days.

You probably need to be patient and wait a bit longer. 

If, after 7 business days, it still hasn't arrived then you'll need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
