When did you order it? 

SIM orders can take up to 7 working days to be delivered. 

Plus the recent holidays may have delayed that further. 

If it's already more than 7 working days then maybe just submit a new order? 

Or see if you can get one from Dealz?

There's no need to post multiple times in unrelated threads about the same issue.
