SIM order returned to 48 - how to reorder?

hi

 

myself and my husband both ordered a sim card..  unfortuately they were returned to sender as the neighbour did not know us.     i tried to put in our postal code but your system did not recognise it so thats why i had to pick my neighbours code.

anyway they were sent back to you.

Just order the SIMs again? 

Or, if you have created two new My48 accounts already then log into them and order replacement SIMs.

If the SIM ordering pages don't accept your address/eircode or if you have some other problem then you'll probably need to contact 48 support.

By the way, it's really not a good idea to post your full names and address in a public forum like this where anybody can see and use these details. 

You might want to use the edit menu option to edit your post and remove the personal details.
