When was the SIM working ok last?
When did you last buy a membership plan?
What's working or not working right now?
Connection to 48 network/signal bars? Calls/texts/mobile data?
If you don't have a connection to the 48 network then what happens when you do a manual search for networks?
Can you see and connect to 48?
Any error messages?
