New SIM - nothing working

Hello, I received a SIM card, but I can't top up my account, connect the Internet, nothing works. I don't receive SMS from the APN, the manual setting doesn't work, and the recharge button in my account is also not active. What am I doing wrong?

Did you activate the SIM?

What happens withe SIM in the phone?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Are there any error messages on the phone or when you log into your online My48 account?
