SIM installed & requested activation code but didn't arrive

my sim has been inserted. i requested activation code to be sent to my phone but did not receive it.whats my next step?

The code for activating a SIM isn't sent by text - it's on the SIM packaging. See here:

If you actually mean the security code for porting your number from your old network to 48 then you need your old provider's SIM installed and working in the phone to get that. Not your 48 SIM. See here:
