I had an account and sim card is deactivated and now I need a new sim card

You can order a replacement SIM via your My48 account:
- https://community.48.ie/t5/The-Knowledge-Base/Do-You-Need-a-New-SIM/ta-p/8487
- https://48.ie/my48/settings/reorder-sim
If you can't do that because your account has been deactivated then you'll have to start afresh as a new user:
