Hello，i have ordered a 48 SIM card last week，but i haven't received it yet, i write this letter to make sure whether it's on the way or not, i need to use it soon. I am looking forward to hearing your reply, thanks a lot。

SIM orders can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive: 

Once you’ve ordered your SIM, you’ll receive a confirmation email. After your SIM has been dispatched, you’ll receive another email to let you know it's on the way. We use AnPost for all SIM deliveries, so your SIM should be delivered within 5-7 business days.

If it hasn't arrived after 7 business days then you'll need to contact 48 support about this.
