SIM activation hasn't completed after 12 hours

My Sim is not activated even after 12 hours. On the website it says 4-5 hours for sim activation. What should I do now?

Do you get any messages when you log into your My48 account?

SIM activation (with number porting) may still only happen between 8am-6pm - see here: 

So maybe it's going to happen soon this morning? 

If not then you may need to contact 48 support about this.
