SIM card delivery to address with no letterbox?

AnaC7459
Newcomer

Good morning,

I recently arrived in Ireland for work and I ordered a 48 Mobile SIM card. However, the residence I am currently in does not have email unless you open the door personally, so I was wondering how could I contact the carrier or the delivery person so I can make sure date and time that my SIM card is arriving,

If someone could help me would be very appreciated,

Thank you,

A

48 send out SIMs by regular post.

If An Post (the Irish national postal service) can't deliver it then I think you're out of luck.

If they can't deliver the SIM then presumably then can't deliver a "missed delivery" slip either?

That's normally what they do in such circumstances but obviously they need to be able to put that in a letter/post box for the recipient.

You might be better off getting a SIM from a Funtech store if possible:

Otherwise you'll probably have to get it delivered to a friend/colleague/family member at another address that can accept post in the normal way and then get it from them.

If you need to contact 48 support then see the links in my signature below.

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.
