First off it's not a great idea to post personal details such as your phone number in a public forum like this where anybody can see and use it.
You might want to edit your post to remove it.
When were you last with 48?
If it was within about a year then you should be able to contact 48 support to see if they can revive your old account/number.
If it's longer than that and you never ported your number to another provider then your old number will most likely have been lost/recycled and you'll have to start from scratch with 48 as a new user as you did originally and you'll get a new 089 number.
48 still don't do eSIMs, only physical SIMs.
