What do you mean by "rejoin"?
When did you last buy a membership plan?
If it's more than 6 months ago then your SIM will have been suspended and you'll need to contact 48 support to see if they can reactivate it for you.
If it's more than 13 months ago then your account will have been completely deleted and you'll have to start with 48 from scratch as a brand new user.
What happens when you try to buy a membership plan using this link?
