it didn't take the money from my account and after 6 days I can't top it up

You'll need to explain the problem more clearly and in more detail if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

What exactly do you mean by "it didn't take the money"?

Are you referring to membership plan auto-renewal? 

Did it fall for some reason? 

Why? 

Because your card details were no longer valid? 

Because there weren't sufficient funds to pay for membership?

Some other reason? 

When this happens then you need to address the underlying issue and then buy membership manually for that month and then auto-renewal will take over again next time.

What's the relevance of the 6 days?

What happens if you try to top-up manually here? 

If it fails then what error message do you get?
