Porting request rejected but a/c details should be correct

I am trying to change to 48mobile , I keep getting a reply saying the request has been rejected as it is an incorrect account number , can you help , I've contacted my current supplier and they say I am free to change supplier and my account no is correct.

There must be some mistake with the account details that you're providing otherwise the porting request wouldn't be rejected.

You'll have to double check with them about this.

  • When submitting your request provide the correct account type with your old network provider. If the account type is incorrect then your request will be rejected. Unsure? Reach out to your old network and ask them to confirm.
