What exactly is your question or problem?

By the way it's not really a good idea to post personal details such as your phone number in a public forum like this where anybody can see and use it.

What number is displayed on your My48 account?
Did you receive the porting security code by text message to you phone while your old provider's SIM card was installed and working in you phone before switching to the 48 SIM?
Did you get any error messages on screen or via text or email about issues with the porting request?
