Porting number to 48 - can't get security SMS on old network

Hi there. I was in the process of setting up my sim in order to keep my old old number. I got to the stage where 48 send you a verification number via text message. However I had just deactivated my Vodafone bill pay account so can't receive any texts?? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

If your old network SIM has no service or you can't receive the security code SMS, then you will need to make contact with your old provider as they will have visibility of your old account.
