Hi ! My name is Chris and I received a 48 SIM card from yourselves this week. At the time I wanted to get a 48 number just to check the signal etc. Now I want to change my existing number from Vodafone to 48. I am following all the steps on the website but when I put my existing Vodafone number the i have an error message *** Sorry!. This msisdn already exists**
Can you please let me know what is the next step? and how I can port my number?

That issue has been reported before:
I think it can happen if your number was with 48 before.
But maybe also for other reasons.
In any case, you'll have to contact 48 support about this as only that can investigate and rectify matters.
