Porting from Lycamobile but old SIM no longer active

RiccardoC1340

I am in the process of transferring my LycaMobile number to 48.

However, I am currently unable to receive the verification code required to complete the migration. The reason is that this number was on an eSIM in my previous phone, which I had to reset. As a result, I no longer have access to that eSIM and cannot receive SMS messages on this number at the moment.

Is there an alternative way to verify my identity and complete the transfer, such as providing identification documents or any other method you can suggest?

You'll have to contact Lycamobile about this.

See here:

If your current SIM isn’t active and your unable to receive SMS to the number you want to keep, you’ll need to contact your old provider regarding your account. Your current number and SIM need to be active to move to 48.

If you need to contact 48 support about this then see the links in my signature below.

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat or email (support@48months.zendesk.com).
