I bought the 9.99€ plan this morning but I’m confused. Do I have do buy credit every month as well as pay the 9.99€??

You just need a monthly membership plan in order to be able to make calls, send texts and use mobile data.

You don't need cash credit on your account unless you need it to pay for out of bundle services such as those listed here:
