Phone number didn't switch

Hi, switched from Vodafone to 48 & my phone number hasn't transferred over to new SIM card, is there any email or phone number I can contact for help??

When did you request the port?
Be aware that number porting hours are 8am-6pm weekdays and 10am-4pm weekends.
If it takes more than a couple of number porting business hours then you need to contact 48 support.
