I wasn't sure if my initial payment was successful because a web interface didn't confirm if the payment was successful, so I tried again and realised I was charged twice. How can I get my overpayment refunded?
If you paid twice then you should have two memberships.
One current and another that has stacked to start when the first one ends.
So you don't really need any refund and don't lose out.
But if you still want a refund then you'll have to contact 48 support.
Email them at support@48months.zendesk.com
Either disable auto renew for next month or contact 48 support and ask about a refund.
