PHONE NUMBER TRANSFER

Hi ,

I transferred my phone number today to 48 from Eir, My phone is ringing as transfer complete but i cant ring out and when i go to buy a plan i get the below message can this be looked into 

As my phone is ringing i assume the transfer is complete and not in progress

Your screenshot isn't displaying for me (I just get a yellow warning triangle) so it's not clear what the error message is. 

What happens when you try to buy a membership plan here? 

Any error messages?
